Current wage $18.00-$24.00/hour, depending on experience

Job Duties
Working under the direction of the Foreman/Journeyman Electrician, Apprentice Electricians are expected to:
Assist in the installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems including the layout, rough-in, and trim of lighting, power, and low voltage systems
Follow all safety procedures and engage in safety training
Use equipment safely and return in good condition
Assist with materials management, including jobsite and service materials, and returns
Manage time with respect to tasks and deadlines
Maintain jobsite and vehicle cleanliness
Adhere to the National Electrical Code including any local amendments
Participate in the Apprenticeship Training Program
Train junior employees on materials, techniques, and methods as needed
Personal Qualities
Effective written and verbal communication skills, responding to questions quickly and completely
Ability to perform work, including paperwork, accurately and thoroughly with attention to detail
Mechanical and technical aptitude
Ability to be flexible and meet changing guidelines
Ability to work both as a team and independently to provide a positive customer experience
Education/Licensing/Experience
A high school diploma or GED
Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License
OSHA 10 Certification
Experience bending EMT pipe
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, climb, crawl, bend or kneel for long periods of time
Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs overhead, and routinely lift 100 lbs to waist height
Ability to work at elevated heights
Ability to wear all PPE required (PPE supplied by the company)
Ability to work in all-weather temperatures/climates
Must be able to pass a background check, and post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and physical.
