We are hiring apprentice electricians for projects across DFW.

Position: Apprentice Electrician

Level: E2 - E5

Role Overview:

As an Apprentice Electrician, you'll work under the guidance of both a Journeyman and a Master Electrician. Your role will involve a range of tasks, including:

  • Installing, altering, and repairing electrical systems on commercial work sites.
  • Handling conductors and associated materials.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Duties & Responsibilities will differ according to "E" Rating.
  • Assisting in securing, relocating, and organizing materials, small tools, and equipment.
  • Keeping the work area clean by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials, and refuse.
  • Assisting in pulling wire, lifting, hoisting, and positioning materials.
  • Operating less complicated hand tools and equipment under direct supervision.
  • Participating in tasks such as digging trenches and mounting and strapping.
  • Assisting in less complicated electrical installations under close supervision.
  • Performing other project-related duties and assignments as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Meeting attendance standards and complying with late/absence notification procedures.
  • Not working on energized circuits or equipment.

General Requirements:

  • Active TDLR Electrical Apprentice Card
  • Current Driver’s License and/or State ID
  • Basic hand tools of the trade
  • High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 7 months of Electrical Experience
