We are looking for Apprentice Master Mechanics (Industrial Machine Mechanic) AND Master Mechanics on ALL SHIFTS for our manufacturing plant in Cincinnati, OH. Position Overview:
As a Master Mechanic, you will be a key player in ensuring our production machines operate at peak performance. This advanced role requires in-depth knowledge of SENCO machines, and you will be responsible for performing high-level troubleshooting and repairs, minimizing machine downtime, and assisting in maintaining production quality.

Shift/Schedule: 40 hours per week (+OT when available)

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday; 6am - 4pm OR Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday; 4pm - 2am OR Monday - Friday; 4pm - 12am

3rd Shift: Monday - Friday; 12am - 8am

Pay is BASED ON EXPERIENCE:

Pay range starts at $21/hour for Apprentice Master Mechanic; $24/hr for Master Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair production machines in assigned areas.
• Perform scheduled changeovers and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and machine manuals.
• Minimize machine downtime and assist in controlling production rates, scrap rates, and fastener quality.
• Provide technical guidance and training to lower-level mechanics.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and experience, preferably 1-3 years with SENCO machines.
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide guidance to trainees.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools like micrometers or calipers.

Work Environment:

• Must be able to work with various machines, hand tools, and equipment.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in environments with exposure to noise, dirt, and fumes within OSHA limits.
