This opportunity on the Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit (ER&IA) team allows participants to engage in key risk management initiatives and strategic projects that align with Inspire Brands’ objectives. Participants will gain hands-on experience in project design, execution, while cultivating cross-functional relationships. This internship will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to ER&IA's mission, vision, and strategic roadmap, preparing you to tackle real-world risk management and audit challenges
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain an understanding of Inspire Brands strategic objectives and their alignment to the ER&IA strategy, vision and roadmap.
Participate in the design and execution of ER&IA projects, including risk management initiatives, ad-hoc strategic projects and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing.
Embody the ER&IA vision, mission and behaviors.
Cultivate cross-functional relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Minimum: Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or other related programs of study)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:
Professional, self-starter, solution-minded, results oriented and approachable
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and customer focus
