We are looking for a Residential Replacement Installer that is looking to work and succeed in a challenging and rewarding environment with a rapidly growing company. This individual will be responsible for installing, leading team members, start-up, and customer satisfaction on replacement projects. Preferred Skills:
· 4 + years of residential HVAC install experience· Possess the desire to learn, grow, and always be a team player· Self-driven, motivated, & Customer Service focused· To provide training capabilities to other technicians/apprentice· HVAC technical school is preferred· NATE certification is a plus (We provide the ability to gain certifications)· Experience with almost all types of residential heating and cooling equipment· Strong attention to detail is required· Must have a Clean Driving record and Pass a Criminal Background Check· EPA Refrigerant Certification· Meet all physical demands of the positionJoin Our Team Today and Receive:
