Responsibilities
-Training and Learning: Engage in a thorough training initiative to become skilled in insurance products, industry rules, and our agency's procedures.
-Customer Interaction: Help clients choose suitable insurance plans by understanding their unique requirements, presenting quotes, and providing expert advice.
-Policy Administration: Manage policy renewals, updates, and address customer inquiries to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
-Sales Assistance: Collaborate with seasoned agents to acquire effective sales techniques and tactics, aiming to surpass sales goals.
-Administrative Responsibilities: Handle tasks like data entry, record-keeping, and upkeep of client files.
-Professional Development: Build relationships with peers and mentors in the industry along with staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in regulations
Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
