Install Responsibilities
- Go over plan set details for installation
- Installation of attachments and racking
- Waterproofing penetrations properly
- Wire management
- Installation of micro inverters / optimizers
- Stringing configurations
- Roof conduit and penetrations
- Installation of modules
- Obtain mandatory photos
- Basic phone and computer skills
- Always maintain safety environment
- Complete daily report
- Ensure high quality and best practices
Qualifications:
- Experience Preferred but not required. WE WILL TRAIN
- Valid driver's license with clean DMV record
- Personal hand tools and cordless drills (18 V or equivalent)
- Be able to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout the day
- Comfortable with heights
- Be able to interact professionally with customers
- Read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Mental toughness to complete installations on schedule
