This is a three (3) month apprenticeship and once a graduate you will be a Real Estate Specialist I. We are seeking 6-8 people who will play a crucial role in identifying prime locations for new cell sites for major telecommunications providers. This is not your typical real estate job. It offers an incredible chance to delve into the telecommunications sector and start a project management career.
Our seasoned team of Project Managers and Site Acquisition Managers will train the right candidate to:
- Drive search rings to identify and qualify the best properties for antenna installation.
- Obtain consent for site construction from property owners.
- Request and review Title Reports for approved site candidates.
- Complete and submit permit and zoning applications.
- Collaborate with various personnel to ensure sites meet engineering and construction standards.
- Assemble and submit Site Candidate Identification Package (SCIP) for client approval.
- Assist with modifications on approved sites as needed.
- Negotiate lease agreements between landlords and clients.
- Coordinate handoffs with contractors and the construction team.
- Ensure site compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and internal leadership, effectively communicating project statuses to all parties.
- Provide comprehensive project reports on an annual, quarterly, weekly, and daily basis.
- Implement company policies and best practices.
- Contribute to the organization's knowledge base on process design, modeling, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
- Uphold the Smartlink culture and company standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.

- Working knowledge of MS Office products. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
