Experience installing, maintaining, and operating water, stormwater, and sewer lines preferred. Some experience in operating automotive or other motorized maintenance and construction equipment. Must possess a valid Florida Class "B" Commercial Driver's License w/ tanker and air brake endorsements at the time of application. Must possess a current State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Distribution System Operator Level III license, FWPCOA Wastewater, or Stormwater Class "C" certification at the time of application. High school diploma or equivalent required, college course work a plus. Depending on the division you are assigned to, certification from the FWPCOA must be obtained within 12 months of employment as follows: the Water Division - a DEP Class III license, Wastewater Division - a FWPCOA Class "C" certification, and Stormwater Division - a FWPCOA Class "C" certification.
